Please make sure you read all the rules on the page and that you are cool with them. Once you’ve decided to enter, please submit some photos of your project roller, drawings or pile of parts between Aug 15th and Sept. 25th. Along with that info, show us some of your previous builds and write some text that explains why you’d be a good choice for this event. Since your project is likely in the very earliest of stages, showing past work and explaining what you want to build is very important.

Keep in mind that you need to have the time and means to finish this bike on time, and get it to Southern California for the final showdown party. Everyone who’s ever agreed to build a bike for the People’s Champ has shown up with a completed machine, so you don’t want to be the first one to blow it. We do not pay for transportation to Cook’s Corner, that is the builder’s responsibility.

  • Your Location
  • Your Instagram handle
  • Project Description. This includes but is not limited to: make, model, style, era, materials, & parts being used in the build, etc. Let us know the inspiration for your build. Please include words & photos to paint a picture of what you plan on building, rough ideas for paint & final finish, etc.
  • Photos or explanation of previous builds.
  • Please explain why you would be a good choice and include any other info you think will help show you should be part of the competition!!
  • There is no such thing as too much info, but try to keep it to a single email. We really want to see what you’re working with.
